Reuters reports that the Japanese Parliament on Wednesday has adopted a law to protect national sensitive technology and critical supply chains. The law will also authorise closer oversight of Japanese authorities over sensitive sectors and critical infrastructures. The law follows similar measure adopted in the US last fall.
