Bio

Winnie Chang is the Managing Director of OrionW LLC, a Singapore law firm specialising in local and cross-border technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) and financial technology (FinTech) matters.  OrionW provides data privacy-related services to global multinationals as well as local and international businesses in all sectors.

Winnie has deep experience with both Singapore and cross-border data privacy projects and guides clients strategically and effectively through all stages of the privacy compliance cycle.  Her expertise in data protection and privacy matters includes:

• advising on the full suite of data privacy-related issues under Singapore law;
• developing data privacy compliance strategies, including guidance on all aspects of collecting and processing personal data;
