Jerry Liu is a partner of Global Law Office, Shanghai. Jerry has extensive experience in areas of cross-border M&A, PE/VC, government regulatory compliance and general corporate matters. Jerry has strong professionalism and insight especially in data privacy, biopharmaceuticals and life sciences and healthcare areas.

Jerry wrote the PE chapter of Legal 500 (China Region), the Chambers and Partners Global Practice Guide – Data Protection& Privacy (China Chapter, 2020), and was invited by the Legal 500 to write the Private Equity Country Comparative Guide (China Chapter).

Before joining Global Law Office, Jerry has worked with several renowned international and Chinese law firms. Jerry is admitted to practice laws in both the PRC and the New York State.
