The Cyber Resilience and Crisis Leadership Conference 2026 took place on 24 July 2026 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. The event was organized by PrivacyRules and OrionW, bringing together regulators, privacy professionals, cybersecurity leaders, legal experts, compliance officers, risk managers, General Counsel, and senior executives for a full day dedicated to cyber resilience and crisis leadership.
Strengthening cyber resilience through practical leadership
As cyber incidents become increasingly complex, organizations need more than policies and response plans. They need practical decision-making capabilities, board-level coordination, regulatory awareness, and clear crisis communication strategies. This conference was designed to help participants strengthen those capabilities through expert-led discussions, peer exchange, and hands-on learning.
A key highlight of the event was the Live Cyber Crisis Simulation, an immersive exercise where participants worked in teams through a realistic data breach scenario. The simulation challenged attendees to coordinate cybersecurity response, legal and regulatory obligations, executive escalation, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communications under pressure.
Key topics on the conference agenda
The conference agenda addressed some of the most pressing issues facing organizations today, including AI governance and responsible deployment, cross-border data transfers, global cybersecurity and privacy governance frameworks, and critical decision-making during the first 24 hours of a data breach. Sessions provided practical insights on how organizations can manage fast-evolving cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory risks while building greater operational resilience.
Participants also received access to a practical Cyber Crisis Workbook, designed to support preparation for and response to cyber incidents. The program provided valuable opportunities for executive networking with regulators, senior industry leaders, and professionals from across the APAC privacy, cybersecurity, legal, and risk management community.
