The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) have adopted their Joint Opinion on the European Commission’s Proposal for the European Health Data Space (EHDS). The Proposal should allow a safe and secure exchange of health data within the EU. Additionally, paragraphs 104-105 of the opinion consist in a shared risk-based approach assessment of the international data transfer in the field.
