Volker Wodianka is the Founder & CEO of Wodianka privacy lawyers & Wodianka privacy legal GmbH. He specializes in data protection law and provides legal tech services supported by software solutions like the external data protection officer, the EU-Representative and whistleblowing channels.

He advises on complex process launches in corporate groups, conceptual and operational support of data protection projects in IT & Digital Business, life sciences & healthcare, as well as in industry and start-ups. In international data protection, he is an expert on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation as well as the requirements of cross-border data traffic.

As a lecturer at a university and in-house seminars, he offers best practice recommendations on artificial intelligence, cloud computing and next generation data laws including data ethics.
