The topic of the meeting was “how can PrivacyRules help the members to achieve what they cannot do alone”. The participating members positively assessed the results of 2019 during which eight new members have joined the alliance. They also agreed on ambitious projects in the field of training and cooperation with technological hubs and established a series of priorities for 2020.
Thanking our Canadian member McMillan LLP for their extraordinary hospitality, the baton is now passed to our Japanese member Iwata Godo as the next Annual Conference will take place in Tokyo in October 2020. A number of other meetings have been approved to root the activities of the alliance across continents. These will be announced on PrivacyRules platforms shortly.
