Beatriz Rodríguez Gómez

Bio

A Certified Data Protection Officer and privacy specialist certified by ISMS and Aenor, Beatriz is also a legal expert in cybersecurity certified by ISMS, blockchain, information security, digital marketing, e-commerce, and Scrum.

Her experience includes advising national and international companies on the development of compliance strategies, audits, defense in sanctioning proceedings, and the contracting of technological services, among others. In addition, Beatriz is an expert in advising on digital transformation and privacy transformation projects.

Co-chair for Europe of PrivacyRules—an international network of experts in privacy and cybersecurity—Beatriz is director of the Millennial Group of the Multisectoral Association of Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (AMMDE) and a member of the Artificial Intelligence Group of the Spanish Professional Association of Privacy and AI (APEP·IA). She teaches classes and seminars related to her areas of practice at CEU, ISDI, and ISEM, among others, as well as providing in-company training. She has been recognized as one of the best young lawyers in Spain by the financial newspaper Expansión and one of the best privacy lawyers in Spain by Best Lawyers.
